1. Why do we perform paranormal investigations?

• To provide answers, understanding and resolution to those who are experiencing a haunting or paranormal activity.
• To study, experience and obtain evidence of the paranormal world around us.

2. How long does an investigation take?

• Though each location is unique, investigations take approximately 2 hours. Time required varies depending on location size and activity level. In special circumstances, overnight investigations can be accommodated

3. What happens during an investigation?

• Team members will arrive at a pre-arranged time. Mediums will conduct a "location reading" during which they will relay information to the client. Attempts to make contact, gain inormation and record evidence of spiritual presence will be conducted. This may include EVP sessions, vigils, energy circles and cross-over or cleansing rituals, if required. Entire investigation will be recorded on video and approximately 450-500 photos will be taken on site.
  
  *Follow-up: All recordings (video/audio) and photos will be thoroughly reviewed and analyzed. Research for documentation (historical or otherwise) will be conducted, and all findings will then be forwarded to the client.

4. What kind of equipment do we use during an investigation?

• Digital cameras
• Video cameras
• Panasonic digital voice recorder
• Dell laptop
• 2-Way radios
• Misc. equipment include: tripods, cables, chargers, flashlights.

5. How much does an investigation cost?

• There is no charge for an investigation, this include copies of evidence findings (when emailed). A fuel fee applies to remote location requests (outside London City limits). We are a non-profit, self-funded, community based team and are currently without any sponsorship. We are not affiliated with any other groups/organizations.
