The Paranormal Knights were called to investigate a historical residence in Lucan, Ontario. The home was previously owned by one of the more well known generational families in Lucan and the current home owner reported paranormal activity. This included heavy blinds and doors moving on their own, cradles rocking without human touch, and a report by the home owner’s daughter of seeing a little girl who wasn’t there.

Psychic, Angie Aristone, investigated this home along with other members of the Paranormal Knights team. The energy of the previous family who owned the home was present, including that of a middle-aged woman who died of a prolonged illness. This woman had no ill intent and commented on the changes that had been made in the home. The home owner confirmed the changes to be true.

The energy of a man who was politically connected and who had a lot of influence in his community was also seen in the home along with a maid believed to be named “Marina”. Bodies were also seen on display in one of the bedrooms, which was normal in the past as deceased family members were often laid out in parlours to be viewed in the home before burial.

In the basement, men were seen coming through an entrance that is now a wall. The home owner confirmed this wall used to have access to the yard. Outside, visions of a bonfire and croquet game occurred in the backyard. Carriages were also seen driving on a torch-lined drive and there was question whether one of the carriages carried a dead body. The home owner reported a dream similar to this vision of a carriage being pulled by Clydesdale horses, however, the driver was headless. It is said that a headless man driving a carriage pulled by Clydesdales haunts Lucan’s main street.

Overall, the visions of the deceased in this home were seen as snapshots of the past rather than the presence of any significant or negative paranormal energy. Past paranormal activity was likely related to renovations in the home. Smudging was recommended but not completed due to the lack of current concern.
